I dislike the submenu and h2 text, but the skin overall is quite nice, especially the borders.

I think it would be more interesting with another color added to it, it is a bit boring right now. The #top seems to be out of align for me on the left side and I think you should change it because it is really flat. Not my favorite from you TTO.

I like this theme but the submenu position seems a bit odd as it's easily missed at first. I think just inside the main spiky border would have looked better.
