BTW, the amount of appreciation one gets (or doesn't get) shouldn't be decisive. I could say that (let's pick some random group  ) the modifications team is overrated. That doesn't make them less staff.It's the role the RAs are given. Admins say they aren't staff... |

| Elite speaking here... Elites have nothing to do with staff or RA's, they reside outside that hierarchy, so whether elites should be considered "higher" than RAs or not is irrelevant. If anything, elites are considered "higher" than regular members. But I myself am reluctant to even make that distinction. I see the elite thing more as some kind of medal earned by things someone's done previously. In other words: leave the elites out of this  |

I hate wearing tight clothes  Most of my clothes are baggy... But it's not because I want to have a certain "style" or anything, I don't care much for that stuff. I just feel better in baggy clothes. |

| Building that big a package can take some time, yes. It's been a while since I used SuSE (I think it was v7.3 or so, can't remember exactly), but you might be better off installing it from within Yast, if that program still exists. It's a system administration tool which you can use to install software. As an alternative, you can always download the SuSE RPM from the mysql site and install that. |

Not very. But when I got there on Dec 19, it was 7 Fahrenheit. About -14 Celcius, I think. The rest of the time it was 32 - 40 F, 0 - 5 something Celsius, so it was nice, not too cold |
