Rather than try to edit the existing codes, you can just add this to the bottom of your CSS (Theme Appearance) - Code:

/* Adjustments for banner */ div#logo a img { padding-top: 15px; }
#nav { padding-top:95px; }
Then later, if you use a more standard sized banner, you will know what to remove/adjust. I added that to bottom of CSS worked great, thanks
(If change to standard banner remove/adjust got it)
