I'm not sure what you mean about the shoutbox. I'm already using media queries to reconfigure the shout box on those small screens and it seems to be effective. It is displaying for me correctly on iPhone 4 and even for the two small resolutions on your simulator (iPhone5 and Galaxy). Perhaps you could screenshot the problem you see or describe it with more detail. But basically, I've found the simulators somewhat helpful, but not completely accurate. But I didn't know about this one. I like it so far.
