That is an existing ZetaBoards bug which is even more problematic on a mobile theme. For that reason, you'll only see the theme changer on the index of ZetaFresh Mobile (and in the Preference > Board Controls). Ahh your right, it does indeed appear to be a global problem; not a theme problem. My apologies. Outside of that bug beyond your control, the theme is great. Much more friendly on my iPhone.
