Why cant I upload?

 I want to upload some image to an image hoster, www.photobucket.com, i
always have done it no swea but lately i cant do it, when i choose
which file to upload it just freezes and goes to non responding mode, i
tried to upload imaes on many sites, as well on both netscape 7.1 and
internet explorer, but always its the same problem the path turns
blackish and it freezes. whats the problem and how can i fix it?
