 Umm... This is a request.... but... I'll tell u what I do.

You Go to the images section, and under logo, u code a table of some sort with your logo image, and waalla, you have a welcome bar. You can also use the code that UnknowRanger made to remove the normal bar thats there, if you want to replace it.
