What does it mean by making a backup?

 I have (trying) to go through all the upgrade info and I was wondering, what does it mean when it says I should do back ups often? How is a back up done? Does a back upconsist of backing up posts and what not?

 Back ups.. is when you save everything on your board.. and download it in case it is hacked or accidentally changed.
Admins have a system that creates backups on their server of IF...
We can't make them.

 We used to have the ablity to make them, but then the feture was taken out because people didn't know how to use them. :rolleyes:
If you want to get your hands on your forum's backup, you need to pay.

 But now, when we said "make a backup", we meant of things like your CSS and Board Wrappers. We back up ALL your posts and members, so you don't have to.

 Ya... that's what i do Seth.. I save it all on my computer. Good thing is I know everyone on my board personally... Anything happens.. well I'll stop there.
