 Look you can trust me call those numbers that my Friend gave me! I wouldnt waste my time on this if it was a scam!

If you are able and have that blood type please help her. She is going to die if she does not have a donor very soon!

 what reason would someone scam a liver? honestly u cant have 2 livers in u...well u could but then it would be like the appendix...oh so pointless.

not 18 and no idea what blood i am. and i dont think overseas helps since u really cant ship livers

 put an ad in the paper, someone in my town did that, they got 100+ donors willing to donate.

i would help but i am not 18+ or O pos, i don't think.

Guess it can't hurt though.
But even if DuffMan or whoever came along and said they matched and they'd do it, chances are they're nowhere near the person in need, so some elaborate transportation plan would have to be worked out. :/

An ad in the paper, or an editorial or letter to the editor or whatever, would be better, or maybe contact the local news station(s) and maybe they could do a brief story or something. :unsure:

 While we're all definitely in sympathy, a message board on which the majority of users are under 18 is probably not the place to do it.

There are some very good donor matchup sites out there, and your hospital should be able to handle the logistics themselves, frankly.

Additionally, getting a local newspaper to talk about your friend would be a lot better way to get this sort of thing out there for everyone to see.
