When last I checked there was no nudity, and yet you claim there was adult content, yet you let Inferis free, when at many points in time (perhaps even now) they've had nudity.

It's always worth stepping back, and thinking if such material is appropriate. If you think it violates the TOS, chances are it does. It's always worth checking what your fellow members/staff post and keeping on top of things because in the long run if you violate the TOS you might get away with it for a short time, But you will get caught out in the end and the end result will be the closure of your forum.
