HUGE SPAMMER!

Ok, there was this really huge spammer on my board. He would cus all my members out and then leave a link to his forum (He is obviously not very smart, because if he wanted members he wouldn't swear at them). He got 37 posts of just swearing and advertising his forum on my board. If I had some evidence to prove this, would it be within the rules for InvisionFree to remove his board?

Not sure about that, but perhaps you should IP ban him? That should put a stop to this in a hurry.

I already did that, I just want him to pay for what he did.

Well, technically you can't make him pay but... Do not pester invision free with deleting your board, since you can simply delete it in the "Account Info" section, where you find near the top in your admin cp... Also, simply make a new board or so since you can have more than one at a time and have the other members join it, then when they are all there, simply delete your last board.

Hopefully this helps :)

I think you should be able to report him as long as you still have at least one post with what he did. You need board evidence.

Another board has threatened to hack me several times, but they did it in AOL chat troom and on AIM. They told me they could do nothing about it unless I had evidence on a message board.

He wants the spammer's board deleted, not his own.

Ever thought of the possibility that someone else is framing his forum? No one very bright would post up a link to their own forum and spam another's. You'd have to cross reference many things before you oculd acually PROVE it was the forum owner who was spamming.

Please do not spam, you are just the same as the spammer that is in question in this topic.

It's pathetic.
