 the only place you COULD make the annoying music come up would be when hes on your IF board (the one thats punishing him.) as making it so it comes up anywhere would be considered illegal since you would have to modify code, or send him something without his knowledge of what it is.

Actually, you can use some VBScript like so:

It of course only works on Microsoft with IE, but it is possible (kind of cool in fact), but recent Windows updates appear to have corrected whatever caused this security hole in the first place, as running it on newer systems only causes a "permission denied" error rather than any effect. :yes:
