OK, I did this when my forum was hacked Mostly people are not hacking, they're just banning Admins and their IPs. All you need to do is to ask another friend to go in your board and press Forgotten Password Recovery with your Username After that you will get email, check your email and forward it to your friend, Then ask your friend to change the password and the go to ACP and Remove the IP Ban from you. I think it will help some people |

I guarantee that only the stupidest of crackers would leave your forum like that. They would change your password AT LEAST, normally totally destroying your forum and deleting as much as they can. |

its called cracking, thats right. and the root admin account can't be deleted, can it? (most of the time, i would try. but this is a bit to dangerous for me) and if you want to destroy a forum, just delete it..... or he wants to take over the forum, but then he would change password, email, everything. so most of the time, this won't be a lot of help. nice try tough  EDIT: crackers can't be stupid. people that get some script and 'hack' something with that are called scriptkiddies <_< (not really important, just wanted to say that :unsure: ) |
