Staff explanation: Only Duffman knows what's going on, yadda yadda yadda...

My explanation: The IPB redistribution policy only includes if you use the IPB 2.0 software, IF 2.0 won't be within the bounds of the policy because it's a modified version of IPB.

The original IPB license (I believe up until version 1.3.1?) allowed you to do it, so DuffMan did it. :)
