 Hi

I have 2 trouble members who r trying everything to cause trouble on my site. I have banned their Ip addresses etc, but they are using different computers each time and are changing their details.
They are fully aware of how forums work having got their own.

I wondered if any one had any advise on other steps i could take to deal with them.

 Ban each name, ban each IP RANGE, and ban each email and set it so that people can't register on the same email twice. (ACP > Security, or ACP > Profiles)

If that doesn't work, try a support ticket, and turn off your board. (ACP > on/off )

ps, i had set it so that the same email adress couldnt ne used but yet it was

 Just keep banning their accounts in every which was possible. Please take a look at the Documentation on Ban Settings for more information on that subject. You may also find the Documentation on Dealing With Annoying Users and Dealing with Spam posts, trash etc. useful. All of which are under the Moderation manual in the InvisionFree Documentation/Manual.
