 Com Mod's and Support have pretty much exactly the same power, except that Support can respond to Tickets. This is because they do support, whereas we don't... prevents us com mods giving wrong information (not as if we would, we are sensible enough to leave something alone if we do not know the answer... thats something some members should learn ;))

But i agree, the Support here is awesome. Sometimes i don't understand it... i mean, with Phrank and Mercury on the team, i'd have thought everything would have gone to pot.... but no! they managed to stop their laziness and plain craziness from spredaing to support. That's probably a huge job in itself, and they should be given cookies for it :)

Mods are still "a rank lower" but then you guys has really did a good job:)

Also just curious do moderators and support team can change the member "thoing"(manage member)

I think comparing the teams is just plain silly. We have different tasks, so you can't say that one team is better than the other.
