 Yup, I've been making a lot of threads about Firefox extentions lately.

Anyway, can I trust this not to hack into my email if I give it my password?

 It's perfectly safe, just like the password manager. *shrug* I use it, it's better than the real gmail one because it doesn't take up any extra resources and isn't in the sys tray.

 works well for me as well. A nice little not coming up of title who its from and few lnes of the e-mail. very handy little thing to have (If you already have Gmail of course)

You can also configure it to work with Outlook express or my favourite Thunderbird which has notifications anyway.
