 It doesnt matter I found it lol, I recently installed Msn Discovery and it says it needs Firewall Permission. So I gave it permission but it wont work. Anyone know why?

 If you have Windows XP, follow this to find it:


Click on "Control Panel".

The screen should look like this:


Click on "Network Connections". Then right-click on your connection and click on Properties and tab over to Advanced.

Or:
Click on "Windows Firewall".

I made that mistake. They fought at eachother and I got error messages every thirty seconds.

About your origanal question Nemesis_740 how much $$$ do you have?
