I just wanted to say how much I love this game. I don't think i've ever played a game that is so vast - it's absolutely mind blowing!

I got it for Christmas and although i've been playing it ever since I've still not even even got to 1% completion. I reckon most people will still be playing it for another two GTAs to come!

Anyone completed it yet? Or got any tips?

I found you can nick the train and break into the no go areas. A great way to see the game in its entirity.

Yeh it's one of those games you can start again I'd say.

Do you still get lost? My barings are bad at the best of times but its very easy to throw you off the scent - esp when you're tearing it away from the cops on a PSV! B)

I know some glitches. Go inside the Ganton Gym, and then do the JetPack Cheat and fly upward. You go into the black space, and it's a major glitch.

I'm still to get to the Jetpack bit actually. My mate has told me about it.

The lady in my life unfortunately limits the amount of time I can spend on the console and this is a type of game that you need a vat of coffee and spend a good weekend squared eyed.

Although i'm worried it might turn me into a madman on the streets of London!

You can get the Jetpack without going to that part of the game. You can just press this while you're playing: L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right

Don't cheats sometime $%^& up the game though?

I heard that if you use a cheat whilst playing and you save the game it can corrupt your memory card and lock parts of the game.

Yeh, i'd advise against using the cheats and saving. It can cause some pretty bad glitches.

The game is amazing, but i'd say it's a little too big :/

From what I know cheating distroys your profile. But that may be just on PC. I am waiting for San Andreas to reach the PC market.

Its a great game, I alreafdy beat it.
I also like using some cheats that are availble for things like gameshark, etc, and using the flood cheat. It makes everything look like that movie "The Day After Tommorrow". :arr:

As strange as it might sound, no I don't, I can pretty much find my way from point A to point B without much fuss now. I occasionally check the ingame map when I'm going town winding roads to see if I haven't missed a turn somewhere, but apart from that, I can easily find my way around.

hmm, it's a nice game and i have to admit that i loved it for the first two weeks, really loved it. but now, i rarely play it, it somehow gets boring, even while there's so much to do.
guess the fact that there's quite some glitches and the crappy pop-ups, and ofcourse game-crash-when-KJAY-west-is-on(yes it crashes then :/ ) has something to do with it...

Im not sure when it is, But its only certain cheats at a certain time will damage the game.

I remember with Vice City, if you used cheats and saved, the game would delete one of the hidden packages, so you couldn't get %100 no matter how hard you tried. :P

there are cheats that MIGHT or WILL mess up your game, and there's ofcourse the cheats that cannot be disabled.

cheats like HEALTH, no cops and stuff do NOTHING to your game, but some like FLOATING CARS and FULL WPN AIMING might make your game crash.
as for 100%, there is a glitch in the game that makes you unable to get 100% :/
