Yours are nice, but I enjoy something that improves (grows, like the default IF pips).

Also, my site is in need of pips, any ideas?

 My forum No Advertising is in desperate need of an "Administrator" and "Moderator" pip. I can't seem to find any of those on Invisionize, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a good pip I could use.

Probably because those aren't pips, they're team icons, so they're in a different section of that site than the pips are. ;)
They have a bunch of them, though I never found any I liked. :/
