 A good support volunteer doesn't respond to every topic they see in the support forums and then spend a whole wack of time just refreshing the forum to see if there are new support topics to post in.

Good support volunteers posts here and there, and usually have posts with well thought out answers, along with very fancing BB codes in order to keep it organized and clean for the user to clearly understand.

What about the active users lists. Those who camp out in there, sit in their computer chair, in a dark room, 4:00 in the morning, bags under their eyes, blanket over their back, fingerless gloves on both hands, hunched over the keyboard, grasping the mouse with their claw-like deformed hand from doing it all day, and just clicking away at the refresh button over and over until a new reply pops up(for any forum), they run to it, reply to it, even if they don't care about what's being discussed, they make themselves sound like it. That's when you know you post too much. :/

Haha, That reminds me of when i bought GTA: San Andreas. I played it 24 hours a day, for around 5 days, Then whenever i was walking around, or even in the car on my way to work, I kept looking South West, hoping to see a radar. :rofl:
