 For some reason I cant change my homepage and I scanned my pc for spyware using spyware doctor and non was detected does anyone know what this is? I deleted cookies,changed browser,reinstalled explorer and its still there :(

 Right Click the IE icon then properites then change it from there. Did you try that? if so I dont know what happend....hummm...

 that didnt work :( edit: >.< you got too be kidding me i spyware checked yesturday and got rid of it all and then checked today and got 40 infections which is worst is my brother/mom just used turbo tax today b4 he went to work and he had spyware I hope they didnt ask for credit info ;.; >.<

 hummmm.......Well then the olny other thing I can say is get Firefox :P Ill test it out for a little bit and see if theres any other ways.
Try Tools Internet optision is side of IE
Also try Start>Controll panle>internet optiosn if on XP

 I got CWShredder and it fixed my problem and removed all my infections that my spydoctor didnt get rid of does this mean im perminitly spyware free? (btw I dont mean by downloading/visiting a site w/ spyware) untill I get another file/site with it?

 no you will still have the risk of having spywear its in same programs like P2P and they can be spred like virous. What I would do is have more then one Anit spy wear/ad wear product since one of them may miss one or two. I use Spybot S&D and Ad-awear also I would sugest to use somthing else other then IE use something like Firefox and a firewall may help too like Zonealarm .

 Just thought I'd mention that you don't have to worry that coolwebsearch stole any credit card numbers. :)
Doesn't do that.

But other malware might.
I'd suggest checking for spyware and viruses each day you use the internet.
