 If you have not read the terms of service and don't plan on it, why do you think a forum should be deleted? Or, if you have read the terms of service, do you think a forum deserves to be deleted based on the violation?

 Just a note to namkrowa: Violations are looked into all in one go by Duffman, so he can work his way through them quicker (it's a lot easier than working on a violation as soon as it appears, as that would distract him from other important things...such as... say InvisionFree 2.0). Usually it will be every couple of days maybe, depending on how busy he is.

Boards with minor violations are usually warned first, and then if they do not take the warning, they are shut down. Major violations usually result in a board being closed pretty quickly.
