I never see © on images....and I'm just wondering...if we scan an image of a model in an ad is that wrong? Say I had a britney spears site and i wanted a galler of her photos and i scanned all her ads.. that can't be wrong, it's free advertisement isn't it?
what if we just take her image and not the ad...do we have to get permission from the actual ad? what if we put the site's name on the ad so that no one hotlinks to ur scans?

i see everyone scanning, images from magazines...so what's the deal?
