MSN email account help; Does anyone know?

 I have all my email accounts (or at least most of them) under MSN/hotmail.

I'm also having trouble with getting hatemail.


Now, I've tried blocking the email addresses of these people but there must be some way around it cause the addresses keep disappearing from the banned/blocked filters and the emails are still coming through.

Does anyone know how this is done, so that I can prevent it?


Also, can anyone think of what else I can do to block these people?
I've tried blocking them via the filters, I've tried blocking them via MSN messenger, and I've even contacted the staff at MSN/hotmail, but had no joy.
Do you have any other suggestions as this is driving me mad, but I still have many friends that I talk to on these accounts?


Please help, if you can, and thanks in advance.

 I think as far as hotmail goes that's about all you can do. :unsure: Any idea where the hatemail is coming from? I mean is it actually someone you might know/met on the internet or random spam?

I got hatemail that turned out to be spyware schtuff. >_<

You could consider getting a new account and ensuring you don't use it anywhere to sign up and give it out to people you can trust. Short of that, I'm not too sure. :/ I know a sysop so I could have a word if you like and see if they can help or at least get the ball rolling, they dealt with problems I had in the past.

Well I *think* Mel can do something about that. I'll ask and see. They used to help sift out the morons but the service has gone downhill a bit since they got rid of open chatrooms. >_<
