 I can't see my playlists or scroll on the left. I re-installed it, and it stillwon't work.

 I found out how to fix it, but where is this folder? Does it even exist? The .pref thing won't work.

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
