 No, they're asking about using copyrighted works.
Rory is right.
You need to pay a licensing fee to the record label, in most cases, which is what the (legitimate) internet radio stations do.

 if you need cheap music, i recommend going to www.soundclick.com and contacting the artists there.. they barely make cash..so u can buy their songs which are pretty good :D


Or you can always do what Jet did.

Make a band that plays other musicians songs, but with your own lyrics and call it your own.
