Go to the extensions option in the tools menu, select get extensions, and find the extension called Reloadevery. Install it, and then restart your browser. And volia. You have, in my opinion, the best extension for Firefox. |

turn it on only when you need it o_O i just use F5, easy 1 hit effort that dosent take the mouse away from where it already is. |

Not sure about email, but when you refresh an IF or IPB forum with something in an add reply box, it stays there. |
