It says its copyrighted in the bottom right, does that mean I can't use if I'm making a graphix like could i crop the image, or no?

 I believe the only way you can change it is if you have the original creators permission, aka the guy with the copyright.

 or you can recreate the image with your own skills and by using only your mind to copy/paste it and no other tools. That's what Van Gogh did and no one is sueing his dead ash.
