 Hi there Im missing a very important file on my forums-its been deleted,I dont know how :( Im using forums4free which is basically the same as imvisionfree my forums is www.ratemymullet.com/tigertron and it displays this

mySQL query error: DELETE FROM tigertron_sessions WHERE running_time < -9.9999999988896E+18 or ip_address='80.43.170.229'

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'tigertron_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)
mySQL error code:

apparently its needed 2 run the forums.Can anybody help? can any or the invisionfree staff help? if they can PM me and I'll give u further details.Thanku
