 how do u check peoples ip address and like where they live and stuff cause i got a couple people on my board that have the same ip address. if you could help i would really appreciate it

 Same IP dosen't always mean same person, but google "whois" and bung in the IP for info.

 Well, people can have the same IP, depending on what ISP they're using or if they use a school or library computer, etc.
You can go to http://www.ip2location.com and click the "more demo" link, below where it shows you your own info, and put in their IP to get some info and location on them, though it can sometimes be wrong, depending on whether the ISP has things set up right and stuff. :/
Almost always works for me though.

 If you the administrator at a forum, and you wish to view the I.P address of someone online quickly, just, at the bottom of the main page, click on "Last Click".

You'll come to a new page displayed will all members and guests online and beside them will be their I.P address.
