Opinon

In my opinion, this doesnt really surprise me. Famous people get off of big hooks. Like OJ Simpson. He got away with murder. Also, like michael Jackson, which is currently on trial. I know for a fact he's walking. This is truely another part of the circle. I'm jsut surprised how the jury doesnt use the evidence in front of them more wisely....or maybe they did, and there is somethings we missed. ;)

Anyway since the jury is hung on the second count are they re-trying or what?

 Not that i know of, i believe that that count goes ignored. Or they might re-try him on that count. I dont know for sure, ill look it up though.

 Ok, i got the info:

The 2nd count was also another count of Solicitation of murder

As for what happens during a hung jury (Dead lock) is as follows:

In such a situation the case may be retried, generally at the discretion of the prosecution if criminal. In such a situation a retrial does not constitute double jeopardy.

In the interests of justice and judicial economy most courts will attempt various means to allow/persuade a jury to continue deliberating and only declare a mistrial when certain the jury is incapable of reaching a verdict.
