I've seen this being sold for like $650 bucks, is there anyway to get a cheaper version, or a cheaper software with the same kinda things? And easy to use. Also when i tried to get the Photoshop 30 day trial, it asked for a photoshop id.... what the hecks that? |

Buy Photoshop 7.0. It's alot cheaper, around $100 I believe. |

hmm, I might if i have enough money after i go to vegas. cause $650 is wayy to much for something for a noob like me to start with. I wanna get into design and stuff but the large price is whats killing me. |

Paint Shop Pro (PSP) is pretty good. I prefer version 7 to the newer ones. I have PS but I still use PSP for some things. You could give 9 a try Trial |

Paint Shop Pro 7 is definitely a very good program, it does most of the stuff Photoshop does, and it has vector graphics too. There's no doubt that Photoshop *is* a better program, but if you're on a budget PSP is a good alternative. I have both Photoshop and PSP 7 and I prefer PSP - I just can't get along wioth Photoshop... it doesn't like me *sniff* Or get the Gimp for free, it's a very good program too  http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html |

yeah cos they want you to buy the latest. Best do a search on Froogle or another site that compares prices and see the best price you can get |

I just noticed that PSP stands for Paint Shop Pro and now PlayStation Portable. :blink: Anyway, I have PS6 and it works just as great as any other other ones. You can find PS6 and PS7 for under $100. |

If you want to try out something free, you might want to check out Paint.NET. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks really good, considering it's a free program. If anything, it's a suitable replacement for MS Paint.
