Creation of a Document for Troubbleshooting?

 Would it be possible for me to submit a document I created for the troubleshooting section of the board. The thing I wrote it on seems to be one of the most common things that is showing up recently. People lossing their boards when they sign up.

So what would be the best way of submitting it?
