 I've noticed that the TOS has been updated recently, and I took a look at it, but I haven't been able to pinpoint what has changed between this version and the former version. I looked through this forum, however no mention of it has been made... Could one of you please show me exactly what has been changed? Thanks a lot!

 I think if the TOS was updated DuffMan would have made an announcement. I haven't noticed any change at all, seems the exact same. :huh:

 Oops! Sorry about that...

Edit: That's a large change in policy, isn't it? Under the old TOS, if you had 1 copyright infringement then you were closed, right? At least, that was my understanding of it...

 There is a difference. Often copyright infringement can be resolved by the copyright holder without ever having to turn to InvisionFree. If the infringement is bad enough we will close your board but didn't check to make sure you didn't come back. Now we will block you from visiting any InvisionFree boards and / or making your own.
