Well, im a good skinner i think due to the fact that i make graphics regularly and i was thinking, is there any money to made in skinning? |

Not exactly. Especially for InvisionFree I doubt anyone will pay for a skin here. However, there are people who do make IPB skins and sell them. Also just because you make graphics regulary doesn't mean your a good skinner or make your graphics any good. No offense of course. |

Google ads. You just need to have an established website with good content. If you're good at skinning, startup your own skin site maybe. Fill it with tons of graphics. Make all of the content free. Place ads on the page.  Make users link back to you in their footer - not in the header like most skins make you do - they'll appreicate that more.Your site will spread. This is only if you're good at making skins and graphics. If they suck, put plainly, no one will visit. you'll have to advertise a little bit but just post around here on the support boards with it in your sig or something. As far as money in skinning all by itself, that's going to be hard. You gotta be really pro, and even THEN it'll be hard to get people to buy. Plus theres always those people who will just rip your skin, and will you ever find them? Most likely not. Too easy to take. :/ |
