hey alll whilst i've been off here last week, i spent about 4 days making a trailer( a few hourts each day) based on the new film coming out may 19th 2005, star wars episode III: revenge of the sith the trailer may take while to load, as it buffers load, and is 19.5mb, but high quality approx. 95% of it is official content for revenge of the sith 5% of it is from attack of the clones the trailer can be viewed here and here is a cover i made for it, as i am going to place it and some other stuff onto disk i like it myself, and its one of many i shall make my next one i plan on doing is for 24 |

Not bad, choppy transitiions in places,but pretty good for your first. Also, I did the text on that image (not that it'svery good), and the image is optimised for speedof download, rather than quality. Also, I'm hosting the trailer for him, which he conveniently forgot to mention

ja ja thankx for mentioning joe i copy pasted it all coz i had planned on doin it in a topic insted of poll i must've forgot to paste that in also credit partly goes to joe for text on the image and for the hosting of my trailer, which i owe him big time for |

Not bad for your first attempt - just hope George dont catch wind of you editing his film - he`ll sue ya Also, the ratio of the trailer is all wrong ... its neither widescreen nor 4:3 ....  Also, I thought you said it was high quality - looked very dirty to me. 4/10 for effort 3/10 overall. |

5/10 \ good for your first try. BUt I kinda of like the Teaser better then the trailer.
^Yeah well thats hard to do unless you have Hyperspace or AOL then you can see the biggest version on the internet leagly. |

ja ja as for george catching wind of me makin my own trailer......i've found a hitch that can protect me it's illegal to copy and SELL, but legal to make and use for personal use on sites, forms or disk, so long as you aren't selling it and therefore, because i am not copying and selling, he can't sue me |

People make fan trailers all the time so that shouldn't be a problem. downloading now. It is rather small. and you could have used other music. 95 is just the trailer cut and pasted in odd parts that ruin the sound. If you make another, get some better music, you might consider duel of the fates and open with mauls revenge line. Or a voice over about a pupil name vader betraying and murdering your father etc. You also might want to consider throwing in some of the first teaser and maybe any good footage that was greenscreen or edited (yoda, obi vs anakin on 60 minutes or the footage of dooku vs anakin and obi-wan that's been going around online) those would help spice up the trailer instead of getting the same old boring trailer we've seen. I did like the inclusion of maces' faith line. The senate scene where mace was walking was interesting. but perhaps you can rework that so it goes senate, mace walking, under arrest. That might flow better. Definately get rid of the old music if you can. Other than that nice first try.

cheers yoda i woz gonna plan on havin a bit of d.o.t.f on it i'll ave to borrow tpm off ma m8 coz he has it on dvd and i have it on video i'll root thru ma boxes for aotc and extract some bits and do a new one i've got other trailers and fan films n stuff on ma pc so i'll make a new one and maybe make a fan FILM outta it insted of a trailer |
