 This is a big thank you to the IF support staff, from Football Fanzone.

We have encountered many problems, and without your quick and effective help through support tickets, we would not be as successful as we are today.

you do a great job, and all deserve a big pat on the back! :D

That's why staff say support tickets offer better support than PMing them. Also, a reason why you get banned if you PM staff for support. :r

 they wont ban, at least not unless they send the same pm to all the staff at the same time. Normally they would probably just give you a warning, and if it continued, just remove your ability to PM. Banning would be applicable probably to those people who send 30 pms to the same staff member in a 5 minute period asking "Why wont you help me?"
