 .... is not doing so hot. We used to do great, hence the huge post count.

Anyway, back on topic...

You just have to keep on advertising (name on IM, IF Signature, Top 10 sites... sort of thing). Don't give up. It's a good idea to Bulk Email your members every month or so to keep them on remembering your forum.

Admin CP >> Users and Groups >> Bulk Email Members

There you can choose what member groups you choose to send to.

Keep your site alive by advertising a lot, never give up. I have to admit I did a few times and started a new one <_<

Anyhow, that has gone over. There is also other ways of advertising, you can submit your site to Google and hope it comes up in the search, the Top # sites... You can even advertise on other sites/forums.

And that is what backseat moderating is and we don't like it. You can't enforce the rules, you have no authority to back it up with hence why we have shiny purple names. ;)

I like the forum markers, very shiny. Perhaps a skin would be good to have rather than the default? One that matches your banner and markers, the default puts a lot of people off as it's a bit bleh. Advertising does seem the best way to get new members but even if you advertise they need to know they are joining a good forum. Ensure your content is worthy of new peeps, try something unique and fun that no one else has done.

 Personal opinion:

You dont need the top 5 stats.
Everything under the copyright sucks (copyright="Hosted for free by InvisionFree...ect, ect.")
Board looks kinda funky when its stretched 100% like it is.
You have a few dead forms.
Get a banner that matches the width of the forum (kinda like on this forum).
The RPG Inferno has its bugs and downsides, its only temporarely fun.
