I bought it last week, and now, I'm addicted to it.

 i got the game, but i haven't played it for more than 4 hours or sumthing. it just doesn't grab me you know? i simply don't like it i guess.

 Yeah, I've got it. I thought it was just OK at first but later on it was BRILLIANT!!!!! :) I'm completely addicted 2 it now!

One flaw (very small one) is that Colette always misses when she uses Item Thief.

 Does it come up with a box at the top saying "Stole {item's name}!"?. How do you get her to do it so it doesn't miss? (apart from playing as her).

 Tales' 500 hour cutscenes turned me off, though the game itself was great.

Loud groans every time I heard that one. ;)

No, I get items after the battle.

 You get items anyway <_<

Love the game.
The scenes may be long sometimes, but if you are into the story, that doesn't mather.
But even after playing it, there still are some questions.
(but I won't bother you people with it)

The only thing that sucked:
Once you beat Ydrassiel (of whatever the right way to write that is) you can't complete the sidequests anymore.
(Colette and Lloyd where talking about continuing there jouney, so I though you could just keep going after beating the final boss. To bad.)
So started over, gonna make sure I do everything this time.

 Yeah, overall I think it's really good. You don't just have to have the main character in your party like on some games.

One thing that really annoyed me was when you fight Yggdrasill first time and you're meant to lose. I couldn't get Boltzman's book for ages so I kept training and training for hours until my characters were at about LV47. When I fought Yggdrasill I almost beat him but it blanked off before I did and the game carried on as if I lost!! :angry:
