 Have i been Ban from useing the Personal Message? I tryed to send one but this showed up:
This message can not be sent because the recipient does not have permission to use the personal messenger.

This personal message has not been sent

If i was Banned from useing it, I want know why? :huh:

 It says the recipient cannot use the personal messenger, which means the one you sent it to must be in some way banned from it.
