what is a:

? I know what the parse error is, I mean the T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING. the line of code that's giving me that is this:
$lang['mod_bansel'] = "Miembros inhabilitados";

That's probably a sign that you forgot a quote mark earlier. That line is correct.

 if you need me to I can post the 77 lines before that (or just from the $lang['add_ignore'] = "Agregar a lista ignorada";). I didn't code that file, I haven't coded any PHP files. all I can do in PHP is the hello world code, maybe print a number to the screen, I think a simple IF (else) statment and that's it. I may know how to say some words in spanish like hablar, caminar, correr, subir, hablo, el, en, o (or), and other basic thing but I can't can't speak it flunitly. and since I can't can't speak it, and I can't really code PHP I didn't create the file. But what is a T_(insert something here) if anyone can tell me.

 The problem is on the line before that one:

You left off the double-quote on the end. It should be:
$lang['mod_already_unbanned'] = "Mod Error: ¡Usuario ya no está inhabilitado!";

Edit: Your code would've been easier to sift through if put inside the [ code ] BBCode. I even attempted to do that for you, and realized there was no damn edit button for me, anymore. <_<
