 They'll probably rig it up so it's semi-safe somehow. But still, if you take the idea seriously, there's no limit to what we can do with that. You could make things that don't even exist seem real, and have smell, sight, etc. The deaf and blind would be able to live semi-normally. People born deaf and blind could be taught in this thing.

Sure, it'll be used for games [...woah. .Hack//. Only, in real life. :ph34r:], but this could be big. Heck, might end up replacing war. =P You get the idea though.
