There's the Staff Forum, the Staff Lounge, and the TOS Violations forum, for starters. Probably 95% of the posts in anything but the Staff Lounge are directly related to IF, whether that's regarding problem members or forums or bugs or whatever. Granted, we make jokes and off-topic comments in otherwise legitimate topics as well, just like what happens outside the staff area, but it's mostly at least somewhat professional. And some of the posts in the Lounge are useful IF-related ones as well, but we try not to let that happen.  But it's still really more like a private IF Chat forum than a Community Chat forum, but maybe post count shouldn't go up in the Lounge. But staff aren't really concerned about post count, so it's not much of an issue. Also, I believe the Tickets forums also increase post count. |

So that's why most of the staff suddenlly increase post count and have ridiculously huge amounts of posts when you can only spot 2 posts in here. |

No. The staff don't suddenly increase their post counts, and only a few of the staff have high counts anyway, and that's because they've been here for a long time and have always been fairly active. And for the most part, the staff that don't post much in the forums don't post much in the staff areas either, with the exception of a couple who mainly do tickets. Mercury was one of those for a long time, but he seems to have gotten claustrophobic and come out to play. |
