Invison Power Vs Free; a couple questions...

 ok i have a few q's
if my forum upgrades to Invison Power will skins already be avalibe,
and will it work all the time, like will there be any downtime??

 Are you talking about Invision Power Service's Hosting? If so, there will be absolutley no downtime, no ads, skinning will already be a feature, etc etc. Note that IPS Hosting does cost money.
