 A few hundred a week. Enough to make it hard to reply to all in a timely fashion since people can't follow rules.

I filter them as following:
Start with the oldest unread/unreplied first.
Skip PMs with the word 'help' in them or anything else that obviously should be in the support forum. (These end up getting no reply often)
Skip PMs that have vague titles. (These end up taking often 2 weeks to get a reply)
Read and deal with major ToS violation reports. (1 hour to 2 days)
Read and deal with all others PMs. (1-10 days)
