 Alright I seen this in a nother board but I need help

What do STAFF and SUPPORT TEAM do... Not knowing makes me feel like this :rory:

 You mean on this board? The Moderators just generally keep order around the board, and the Supporters do that and give support and advice on IF boards.

 Generally, community moderators deal with troublesome members, topics that need moving, closing etc. and enforce the rules. They cannot deal with support tickets (I think), but can help out in the support forums if they want.

Global support team help out with support ticktes and the support forums. Sometimes we do a little moderating, like if we see a topic that needs moving, or dealing with someone troublesome, particularly if no other staff are online I would have thought.

Hope that clears things up a little :)
