It is a shame that you were under 13, because when i first saw your name, it immediately struck me as being Adrock from the beastie boys  guess you can't read this... i'm a fan of the beastie boys though, To the 5 Boroughs was a good album, as was The Sound of Science. |

They've called their earlier works sexist and narrow-minded. So many people like them cuz of songs like "Fight for your Right" and "Girls" (I like girls too) .... but Beastie Boys are purposely staying away from creating anything close to those songs. Which I can respect. Beastie Boys was an example of a boy-band taking the reigns and running with it. A lot of people wouldn't consider Beastie Boys a boy band... and they were'nt musically similar to Backstreet boys either, they were better and had potential I admit...but the way they started was very similar. They were expect to act/look/and rap a certain way... (like party dudes) ..when Beasties Boys wanted to do their own thing a lot of people thought they wouldn't survive without the "party dude" style and they were dropped. [Edit] I feel obliged to point out the obvious and say they are doing much better on their own now. |

Without thinking too hard, the last song I remember from them was "Sabotage".  Liked it. Liked "Girls" too. It's classic. |

sabotage is one of my all time favorite songs possibly ever. mainly because it came out during the 90's which i will never forget. god i loved the 90's. plus the music video for sabotage is possibly one of the best ive ever seen as well. |

yeah. I loved the 90s too. early 90s up until when cobain and tupac died...then it began to suck slowly. ....the 90s is the only generation where a video that was about the early 80s and looked liked it was made in the early 80s would remind you of the 90s  i.e sabotage.
