ok i have been threatened by some 1 who is saying that they have reported me for having porna dn illegal documents on my site which i do not and he says that im guna get in trouble for something i havent done and my forum guna be closed down.. what can u do about it?????? cz i dont like what the guy is saying and also he goes that hes got my ip address which im sure he has coz i ama member of a forum which he is a super MOD of! plz help!! |

If you don't have anything on your board that violates our TOS, you'll be fine  Like RagingFuryBlack said, DuffMan always checks reports out, and won't close a site unless you really do have something on there that violates the TOS. So really, assuming you have nothing that violates the TOS on your forum, what this person says is just an idle threat in a way :/ Of course, that's assuming it's an InvisionFree hosted board we're talking about. And if he has your IP, there's not much you can do about it. It should be fine anyway, as long as you have a good firewall and anti-virus, there should be no problem. It's unlikely that this person would try to hack you or get your system infected with a virus anyway. And in future, please do not PM DuffMan unless you've been told to by another member of staff

What's the point? Read the Terms of Service and that should then determine if your board can be closed. |
