 I'm having trouble getting to the following cities: sootopolis city, mossoepp city, ever grande city, and pacifidlog town. Can anyone tell me how I can get to those cities? Thanx in advance.

 Where exactly are you right now?

Pacificlog town is optional, so you know.

Ever Grande is at the very end of the game (home of the elite four).

Sootoplois is a required cty, with the eighth badge; you have to have dive to get in.
